Original Aria Scale stopped showing Body Fat %

I have the original Aria scale that I have been using daily since Jan 2014. On Tuesday, Dec 21, 2021 it stopped calculating body fat %. I removed the batteries, I reset the scale completely, I stood on the scale 5 times to recalibrate and it only calculates my weight then syncs.

Did FitBit remove the body fat % calculation on the original Aria on 12/21/2021. If not, how do I correct this, I have been tracking my body fat % for almost 8 years on this scale and it just stopped.

I've never heard of that happening.  Is that part of display on scale just blank, or display just nonsense?

Have you checked on phone app to see if maybe the value is getting transmitted there as might happen if just bad display part on scale?

On the scale it displays BF ? when I look at the web app or the mobile app, it shows my current weight as indicated on the scale and shows --% Fat since Tuesday. Prior to that I see my Body Fat % on the web and mobile apps as it displayed on my scale. 

It just stopped on Tuesday 12/21/21 and after multiple resets and calibration, it will not reset.

I am having same.issue. I lost percent far after.i changed batteries a d cant seem to get it back.  It shows.% fat with no measurement and no measurement coming thur on app
