Since moving, my original Aria is no longer updating weights to the app or portal. The app shows as "synced" but the weight is not registering. When on the scale, it is coming up as "guest", not under my initials. I think that is the problem. With that said, I don't know how to resolve it. I'm looking for any steps to help. Thanks in advance.

@hetricktj I'm having a similar issue with my Aria (Gen 1) that has apparently been discontinued. I haven't used it in awhile but after replacing the batteries and verifying it is synching (i.e. via my router's wireless log information), it keeps showing me as a "GUEST". This appears to be a popular problem lately. Some people seem to think that it's an issue with the App but I'm not sure.
The last time my Aria synced logging my weight and BMI successfully was back on March 24, 2023. I even did a complete reset, deleting it from my account and then adding it back with no luck. Fortunately, the scale updated automatically from V35 firmware to V39 which apparently is the latest and greatest version of the FW.
It would be really nice if Google/FitBit would provide some support or information on what the issue is here. Like many, I've been a very faithful FitBit user since 2013 and what has happened to this company is really sad. Guess is just another example of good things not lasting forever 😭!
Hopefully this issue will gain some traction and support from the Tech wizards at FitBit and/or Google. Until then, I guess we'll just need to suffer with logging our weight manually and losing our BMI info.

FWIW... I was able to fool my Aria scale to recognizing me again my matching my weight the last time it logged and recognized me successfully which was back in March 2023 within 8lbs and that did the trick. I had gained more than the 8lbs. since then which is why it only showed GUEST!
