Original Aria showing "ERR", not weight or body fat

I have already attempted a full reset, and re-setup of my Aria to no avail. Whenever stepping on the scale, it asks to step off, says its thinking, then displays ERR instead of transmitting data.  Again, I attempted trouble shooting already, factory-reset it, and re-connected it to wifi. Is it no longer supported?? I do not like the new style and love my scale. How can we fix it?????

It has to be a software release that was not properly QA regress tested. Companies need to start monitoring these hot shot just out of college programmers. The consumers pay the price and fit bit in this situation will pay the final price by severing repeat customers.

No. FITBIT basically told me I'm out of luck and sent me a link to their current products 🙄

How's that for a company the likes of Fitbit.   Too bad , will never by Fitbit again
