Hi all,

I bought my Aria many years ago in Italy. It worked properly for years but I am experiencing problems to connect the Aria to my new WiFi: after doing the setup and inserting the proper password of the wifi I receive the message WiFi ERR.

For your info, I moved now to Germany and I had to buy a new router (a Fritzbox 7590 German Version). The WiFi network is a classical 2.4GHz network with WPA2 encryption so I guess this is not the root cause of the issue.

Hi @RoccoMarco

Do you have the original Fitbit Aria?

Does your Network meet the requirements?  Please see Page 2 of the Manual (which is Page 5 of the pdf)

Please let me know.
