lmao... “when they fix it”...?? You’re just trolling now, right? They have fixed it. It’s fixed. It works. I weighed myself this morning. I lost half a pound!

But your $15 scale cannot sync data with your mobile device. For $35 more you could have an Aria that will not sync either.

I told you, I cancelled my order when I saw the reviews on Amazon. If you say yours is fixed, I will take your word on it. However, I’ve still not gotten a response concerning how it was fixed.
Did yours start working after an app update? If so, Was it the Aria Air Firmware App or the FitBit App? If not, how was it fixed?
i want to re-place my order, but I want to see it is fixed for more than one person.

Was it an App update?

I’m considering just dropping the extra $70 and getting another Aria 2. The Aria 2 at my primary residence has been rock-solid. It is accurate and has no issues. If the Air rolled out with such an obvious bug, who knows what the future holds.

Who cares how they fixed it? My desire to understand the deep technological details behind Fitbit's backend architecture is not great! 😂 There wasn't an app update, and as I'm fairly sure that no Fitbit engineers broke into my apartment to swap out the hardware without me noticing, I'm guessing it must be some code fix somewhere within their backend. But I honestly don't know why it matters? All that's matters is that it's fixed.
But yes, this budget Fitbit scale does not have all the same features as their more expensive scale, shocking as that may be. If you want all the features of the more expensive scale, then I agree it's better to buy the more expensive scale.

I stepped on my scale this morning, it sync'd my weight to the app. Please explain what the fault is?

Glad it is solved.
I am sorry if you misunderstood/misread my posts. I had them on order but cancelled when I saw the problems. If they are fixed, I will probably order them now.
Logging my weight manually is a bit tough for me. I lost 5 fingers and both thumbs in Afghanistan. Moreover, there is tissue damage in the joints of both arms that compound the difficulty in using what is left of my hands. I am forced through no fault of my own to rely on technology, especially voice-assisted technology, to help me with the completing simple tasks I used to take for granted.
I never asked for a cell number nor have I shed a tear about the Aria issue. I merely want to make sure they work before I order them. Also, I typically make it a point to never made my condition an issue, but I was compelled to respond to your post. I have a pretty good outlook on life, all things considered, and I am a very lucky person.
May you also find happiness.

Alaughter- the Aria Air May not work for you then as you do need to interact with your phone each time to make it work. Less taps than fully logging weight manually, but you do still need to tap ‘save’ once the weight syncs.

Thanks for the info. I think it’s good FitBit has made a more affordable model scale. A lot of the other smart scales on the market are also Bluetooth only and require having the app open to sync.
I really like my Aria 2 so I decided to buy that model for my other house.
Im glad the issue is resolved and everyone’s scales are working. Nest of luck to each of you in trying to make that number on the scale get smaller each day.

As noted earlier, this issue was resolved and your Aria Air should be syncing normally. If anyone is still having trouble with syncing, please check this article for assistance. Thanks for your patience while we worked to resolve this.
