Juan,  I don't see one response that anyone got it to work.   You would think if it worked for anyone,  they would be on here telling us what to try.   Everyone is having the same issue.

3. send us pre paid postage return slips

This 5 step plan makes too much sense for a company to actually follow
through and do it.

I’m assuming no one has been able to connect their scales? It’s driving me insane. How long are people giving Fitbit to fix the problem before they return their scales for a refund?

Thank you for acknowledging it.  Any idea on how long an update may take?  are we talking days or weeks, or months.  i bought this as a birthday gift for my wife and spent 3 hours trying to get it to sync last night.   wondering if i should just return it, the birthday is on Nov 23rd.  dont want to give it to her if it doesnt even work right.  we both love our fit bits and thought this would be a great edition.

And in the mean time, wish could get this up front!

Don’t bother with the “busy work” steps posted to resolve until FitBit declares a fix!  And that by performing the steps it will be resolved!

When it's fixed we can devote time to addressing the real issues like speculating how long the guy who bought his wife scales for her birthday will survive after the present is unwrapped! 🤣

(sorry dude, couldn't resist!)

@SpiTony I'm sorry for the hassle, I understand how frustrating this is. We are hoping to have a fix soon. I'll update this thread tomorrow or sooner on the progress.

Mine is working now.  A little too well, I think I gained a couple pounds while this was getting fixed 🙂

Any update on when this will be fixed or should I just return the scale?
