My Aria scale died over a year ago, but it still shows as a device connected to Fitbit in the App. The last synced date is Jan 7, 2024. I tap on the Aria, but there is no option to remove the device. How do I get rid of this?
Thanks!

When you see it on the "connected to fitbit" page, tap on it there to go to its page. There you will see trash can at upper right.

Thank you JohnnyRow - but there is no trashcan on the Aria page. I've attached a screenshot of the Aria page that I accessed from the Connected to Fitbit page on my iphone. Any other ideas? 🙂

Sorry, I'm on Android. I remember someone telling me it was different on iOS. I was hoping it was just a different symbol than a trashcan, but I guess it's more of a difference than that. Sorry but I'm no more help on this.

No worries - appreciate you trying to help 😁
Just an FYI - if I access my Sense device in Connected to FitBit, there’s a list of features & help. One is System & if I go into that, there is a ‘Disconnect Device’ button. Unfortunately nothing like that for the Aria. 🙁

@KarenPz There should be an additional box below Aria 101 Guide that says Remove Scale in red in iOS. I don't know why it's missing. I don't own an Aria. I have an Aria 2. That box is on my Aria 2 app page.
You can try deleting, then reinstalling the Fitbit app to see if it helps. I'm not sure that Support will have other suggestions, but you can try.

Hi there, @KarenPz. @JohnnyRow and @LZeeW Thank you for always helping our members.
@KarenPz I appreciate you for sharing screenshots, the additional information and the steps you've already tried. This is weird as I do have the option to remove a scale on my iPhone. If you haven't done so, please try @LZeeW's suggestions about uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Then reboot your phone, and check if the option to delete your scale appears this time.

Thank you @LZeeW and @LizzyFitbit - I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling the FitBit app twice and re-installing, and then restarted my phone. I've also upgraded from a iPhone 14 to an iPhone 16 during this. And no change - the Aria page in my Connected Devices page, still shows the same as the screenshot provided on July 7th. Still no option to remove / delete the Aria scale 😞
