The initial setup for myself was quick and easy, however, even though I have invited my wife and she has accepted. She shows up on my FitBit app under "People Using This Scale" and the scale shows up as one of her connected devices.
When she steps on the scale with her app open, a popup states"Set up Aria Air? Your weight can't sync to this FitBit account. The scale has been reset, or it wasn't set up properly. Set it up again?" I have clicked on the Later button and the Now button. The Now button tells me that this scale is associated with a different account (which would be mine)
Anyone have any suggestions? I would sure appreciate some help!

I was just coming online to look at option to deal with the same issue.
Have also completed a reset of the Aria air scales and still get the same issue. If there is anyone who can shed some light on this it would be appreciated

I have called Fitbit today and they have said they will get back to me still doing it after removing app and reinstalling still had no effect
Also have seen a number of users over the past couple of years in the community but none appear to have the answer that I can see.
If/when they get back to me will let you know.
