I just returned a scale that was falsely advertised and it cost me $30 just because they won’t give me a return label I personally feel that this is not at all acceptable especially when the scale was only $49.99. I am a very upset and unsatisfied customer and I will never buy anything from Fitbit ever again I think this is a very bad scam to let you know that all their products are guaranteed and there’s warrantees and everything else but when there is a return because of their mistake of how it was described we are the ones who have to pay the penalty of returning it and not really getting our money back because I do $50 I paid 30 that means I’m getting back 20

Hi @mpdp62 what was wrong with the Aria? If you bought it, surely you researched it to be sure it did what you wanted. There is a lot of information on the scales on the forums and with the user manual and articles.

Oh I did research it to late and on this blog, there is many Customers that have bought it and have complained that the description on the scale is not watt you get meaning there is no extra like BMI or anything else like they are saying or have said unless now they have corrected their advertisement so yes I have researched it afterwards because I thought maybe I didn’t understand it properly so for your information I am not the only one complaining

Hi @mpdp62, welcome to the Community Forums. @Odyssey13, thanks for your great help!
@mpdp62, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry for the inconvenience that you've experienced with this situation and the return process of your scale. I understand your point of view and I'll pass your feedback along so we can work and improve our services. In regards to your concern, please let me know the model of your scale and the incorrect information given to you about its features so this can be reviewed and I can continue helping you with this matter.
Even though you've already researched more about the Fitbit scales, make sure to review the User Manual for the Aria 2 and the Aria Air which describes the features that each of one has and how they work.
Lastly, note that Fitbit provides refunds to any order purchased from our Fitbit store that is within 45 days as described here. If by any chance you have a question about this process, my best advice is to get in touch with our Support team so they can review your case and provide you with more information.
