Hi everyone,
In the App there is a feature for a weight goal, you can enter your goal in lbs/kg and follow it. For me it is not so relevant. How is possible to define a lean mass goal or BMI goal?
thank you
A.

@XV75 You cannot set these things directly, but I can suggest a workaround. When you set a weight goal, the app also lets you set a body fat percent goal. If you have a goal of 15% body fat, then you will have a lean mass percent goal of 85%. You cannot set a lean mass number, just the percent. You will have to follow your progress in the Lean vs Fat graph in the app. Keep in mind that this is all lean mass, not just muscle mass.
BMI is a mathematical relationship between height and weight. A healthy BMI for adults is 18.5-24.9. You can set a goal in your mind and follow it in the app, but not set a goal in the app.
I looked at your profile and saw that you post in the French forums. Are you in the US or France or another French speaking country? I am asking this because I have seen views of the app on foreign forums. Some don't look like the English view. You might not have all the pages that I have.

@XV75 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! All the information that shared my friend @LZeeW is totally correct and helpful. I would like to follow up and would like to know if you have additional questions.
As a side note, I'd like to share the Aria 2 manual so you can check out all its features and get the most out of it.
See you around guys!
