I'm looking to buy a second-hand aria for €60 as I want scales that measures body fat I know people are having issues with Wi-Fi maybe the router should be an older version but I'm good software and I think I can solve the problem if I do have any what's your advice

If your wifi router is a newer version, I don't think any software knowledge would help; it's a hardware issue.  But you could still see your data on the scale, then  enter it manually.

There are many other brand scales that also measure body fat by same method for lower prices you can find on Amazon or elsewhere.  Some of them claim to sync with Fitbit but I don't have any experience, good or bad, with any of them.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
