I keep trying to re-setup my Aria to new WiFi. I get all the way to the step where it has you remove batteries from the scale and tap to put it in Setup Active mode. However, my computer doesn't recognize the step as being accomplished. Each time I hit Next, it shows the same instructions to remove batteries, but the scale is already in Setup Active mode. How do I move on to continue syncing?

I was struggling with the same issues for over 15+ minutes of not being able to get past taking the batteries out and my scale being recognized to connect to the internet. However, I found a solution! Remove the product entirely from your app and start as if you are installing it for the first time.
Go into your Fitbit app> select the Account Icon to the top left of the screen> select "Aria or Aria 2" and at the bottom> select "Remove Scale"
