Trying to connect Aria 2 to guest WiFi

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Ubiquiti wifi controller and APs.  I'm trying to put all IOT devices on a guest network that's segregated from my home network.  Others devices are fine with this, but I just can't get the Aria 2 to connect to the guest wifi.  I even gave it an exception to allow it to broadcast.

Can anybody tell me what specific network tests the Aria 2 performs to determine if it has good connectivity?  It's not as simple as being able to get out to the Internet because that part works for every other device on the guest network.

@chown Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry about the setup issues you've experienced with your Aria 2.

I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if you managed to get your Aria 2 connected.

In the meantime, make sure that your router runs the protocol 802.11b or mixed mode (b,g,n). Also, the bandwidth needs to be 2.4GHz. If these settings are correct, let me know and I'll be happy to follow up.

Looking forward to your response! 😀
