I stepped on my Aria Air and Bluetooth wouldn’t work. I checked my Fitbit app (which is up to date) and it showed my Aria Air was not on my app. I tried to add it, and it said it was connected to an account already, I am the only one to use it. When I held the button on the back it showed something like dEA or dER I couldn’t make it out.
does anyone know where the reset button on an Aria Air is? I can’t see it.

Hello @TRPeachFL and welcome to the Community. I haven't read about your specific issue, so I re-read the Aria Air manual. The manual doesn't describe a dEA or dER error message. You were pressing the only button. Pressing and holding the button is part of the restart procedure. If you press and hold the button for five seconds, your scale should flash otA. Press and hold it again for 5 seconds and it will show clr. I reset my scale and this is exactly what I saw.
I can only offer general troubleshooting for Fitbit devices. I think you should contact Support for more help.
