Unable to connect to Aria Air Scale

My husband has sent me multiple invites to join the Aria Scale which I have accepted, but Fitbit app doesn't acknowledge me as a user and keeps saying I have to wait for an invite! I've accepted on my phone, and on a computer and keep going round and round with this. Any advice?

My connection problem is different to yours. I just bought mine on 1st June. It has stopped bluetooth syncing with the app. It finds the device but can't connect to it.

I am having the same problem, I have cleared it and I have deleted and readded the scale, but it still won't sync, very frustrating, the only plus is that I am able to add manually, but I didn't pay for this scale to allow me to add manually, I paid to have it bluetooth sync for me... hopefully there will be a resolution soon!

I uninstalled/reinstalled and that worked... I hope that works for you 🙂

I have Bluetooth Firewall on my andriod devices due to neighbours bluetooth/wifi hacking. Once granted access it starts to sync but I don't know for how long.

What did you uninstall? The Fitbit app?
