Unable to reconnect to Aria 2

My Aria 2 stopped calculating my body fat. I couldn't figure out how to get it to start calculating it so I thought that by deleting the scale from the Android app and then adding the scale again would possible fix the problem. Unfortunately I am not able to get the app to locate the scale when I am trying to add it. What do I need to do to add the scale to the app once again?

I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is being able to be found by the Fitbit app when you try to add it again. I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved.
