Unable to register my Aria

I changed the batteries in my Aria and it was not able to find it. Following recommendations in the community, I did a factory Reset, but I am still not able to add the device in my app. 

There is topic in the community regarding the type of Aria. My Starts with Part number is 280 , I think it is an Aria 2, but I am not sure. Either way, I've been trying to add the device in my App using the Aria and the Aria2, and none of them are working.

 I restart my phone, I am using a second phone, I checked the bluetooth and everything is working... I cannot figure out what else to do in order to register the Aria in my app.

Adding the photo for my Aria. Reviewing the p/n I cannot figure out if it is Aria1 or 2. 

I will appreciate your feedback

Thank to the support, after just few minutes on the phone, they told me that my device is the first generation Aria (yes, a very old device).... once I determined the model, it was easy to register into my account 🙂
