Our team is currently aware of an issue affecting Aria 2 current users trying to set up with a new Wiifi on iOS 3.25. Doing so will result in an app crash. We expect to have it resolved soon.
As a workaround, you can remove Aria 2 from your account and set up again.

Can someone of Fitbit please get in touch with me? I am trying to reach out. My patience is running out entirely, it is a very user unfriendly experience! Absolutely unable to set Aria Scale up. Please get back to me today or I will return the whole lot.

My Aria stopped working in December. I don’t believe it’s being worked on at all. How can I get a refund?

I updated to 3.26 a month ago and there has been three more updates since then. Now using 3.28. Getting ERR during setup. I already bought a different scale. Not an Aria... since I hadn’t been able to do anything with it for nine months
