I have the Aria scale and it will connect and says that it syncs but it only does it as guest and doesn't show in the app that there are any recent weigh-ins. I have tried the following..
1. Deleted my scale from the user and did the steps to reset the scale on the wifi network. Using the Chrome web browser.. When connecting through the Aria wifi with the iPhone I had to turn off the private IP and limit ip security settings to get it to scan for networks. After that Guest weights only and says that it syncs.. But doesn't show any on the app or website.
2. I tried again the same as above but tried using Safari.. Same results.
3. I tried using a Macbook Pro with the same as above.. Same results.
4. My version number was v39 until I took the battery out for 15 seconds and then put it back in and pushed a pin in the little reset hole. After it reset it went to v35. I then went through the steps to coonect to the wifi.. Said that it was connected.. Still only guest acount. Also didn't update the firmware to at least v39.
I am starting to assume that the sync and servers are not talking to each other at all. For those using the air might be a similar issue as the servers don't sync or respond. Very Disapointing!!!
