After going through all the avenues and talking to a very rude customer service representative, I have come to the conclusion that my Aria Fitbit Scale has a very simple fix but you are unable to fix it. Just for your knowledge I have purchased 3 fitbits for myself, 1 for my girlfriend 1for my sister and 1 for my brother in law. I WAS a big fan of your products and your customer service but not offering me any form of a discount on a very expensive product other than free shipping and handling which I get free through Amazon, I will start looking to buy another product. Sincerely, A very upset soon to be a former fitbit user/owner...
