@Ence   You should be able to remove your scale this way.  From your phone dashboard, tap on your profile picture > Aria (on your list of devices) > Remove Scale (at the bottom of the page).

I looked on the web dashboard for a way to remove a scale.  I can remove a tracker in the device settings on the web.  For an inexplicable reason, there is no option to remove a scale from the web dashboard.  If someone can point it out to me, I would love to know where it is.

Interested in your post. I tried clicking on where my photo should be (I don't have one!) and nothing happened.  I tried clicking on "change photo" and it just asked me to upload one.

Looking at the thread not far below this one, I'm trying (over three days now) to sync my Aria after changing my router.  I've been through the Fitbit instructions so many times on my phone that it's driving me crazy.

One way that has worked in the past is to delete my profile and build a new one but I can't see how to do this.

Any ideas anyone?

@RollerKoaster   I think you tapped the wrong tile.  Tap on that generic avatar on your phone dashboard to go to your Account page.  Now tap on your scale.  What you describe sounds like you tapped on your name to view your profile.

I'm sorry I don't have specific advice for your scale/router problem.  I haven't switched routers or faced this problem.

Thanks for your post.  Yes, you were right.  I've successfully found the profile.

I've also been able to link my Aria to my PC via wifi now.  We'll see how long it keeps the link!  I didn't do anything special, other than run the setup again!  So far so good.
