I did a factory reset on my Aria 2 after getting a new phone.
Previous phone would only sync about once a week, but I think it was an issue with that phone. When it did sync, it correctly showed under my acct with % body fat.
New phone does sync on each weigh in (via recent weight-in option), but always as guest. I reassigned each guest weigh-in to my acct, but that hasn't helped.
Also, tried tapping the left part of scale when I see it showing guest (per instructions), but it never does anything and still shows as guest. Not sure if there is a specific part of the left side of the scale I need
to touch.
I'm the only one who uses the scale.
I have searched other postings, but haven't found anything that helps.
Any suggestions? It's gotten really annoying not getting % body fat.
Thanks

@Northern-Light it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Aria 2 since it's syncing your weigh ins as "Guest" only. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please restart your scale by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, go to your profile settings and see if your height, weight and gender are correct. If the details are correct, re-calibrate your scale by weighing yourself 5 times in a row and see if the issue gets fixed.
In the meantime, please check out this help article and follow the tips that haven't been performed yet.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
