Tried everything I could find. Changed batteries,  logged out, reset my phone. Still can't get app and scale to read the same weight. I've had this for only 2 months.

How much different?

Usually 1 to 1 and a half pounds but as much as five on occasion.

I see.  Often it seems to be off by one tenth (.1) in the transfer, and I wondered if that was what you were referring to.
