My whole family uses our Aria scale, and my husband and I (and kids) would like to be able to share weights with each other.  I used to be able to see their weight log ins... but now they are all showing up as "HIDDEN" . How do I turn this off and be able to share weights with each other?

@sahlink I noticed that you just joined our Fitbit Community, welcome aboard. Regarding your inquiry, please have all the users that use the scale to go to their web-based Dashboard and click on the "gear" icon and select the Aria scale. After this, have them to select the tab "People", (next to the :Measurements" tab). You guys will be able to select from the drop down menu "Show Data" or "Hide Data. Finally, select the setting you want, weigh yourselves and sync your data in order to have this setting set. Rest assured that this process needs to be done with each of the users.

Use the link above to get to the Aria scale’s settings and click the people tab. In this tab you will see the option to hide or show your Aria data.

OK, this is happening to me EVERY WEEK now.  EVERY WEEK, my body fat shows as "Hidden."  I go in to "change it to 'SHOW DATA," and IT SAYS 'SHOW DATA.'  What do I have to do, throw this thing in the garbage and buy something else from a company who knows what they're doing?

 

This is getting more than frustrating.  Seriously, if there is anything I can do to get this piece of garbage to stop hiding the information I paid quite a bit of money to get, I would appreciate hearing about it.
