What kind of accuracy issues have you been seeing, using the Aria scale?

I had a ten year old Weight Watchers scale that was 1.4 pounds heavier in reading than the Doctor's Office scale. Now the WW scale generally stays at about that point, but needs to be on a level floor.

I replaced it with a Aria scale. Very nice. Easy to set up. Got it on Amazon for $39.99 with free shipping. Reads 1.2 pounds heavier than the calibrated electronic, scale in the office.

What kind of accuracy issues has been seen by those using the Aria scales?

Should I simply go with the weight, or adjust to a known more accurate scale?

Do you need to "make weight" for a class for a contest or sport?

Accuracy.

Do you want to note progress in a diet and maintenance?

Consistency.

Does the Dr office reading while infrequent compared to home weigh-ins, and wearing different clothes each time, get logged with your naked home weigh-ins during a valid morning time?

Suggest don't do that.

I find my Aria2 is in close agreement with my Health-O-Meter 349KLX scale (w/remote display). Both of those are always within a pound of the doctor’s scale (a 3rd party calibrated high-end load cell type).
At home, I piggy-back the Aria on the KLX, so that stepping on gives me a measurement from both simultaneously. This works because they are also load cell scales and the Aria feet sit nicely on the KLX platform. I also exercise the scales first by stepping on and off 2x quickly.
Assuming on showers before going to the Dr. , weighing nude to get you true weight, then dressing to get the clothing offset gives you options at the office when they ask why you weigh so much....

I prefer accuracy for weights, and trends.

When weighing myself in the clinical room, it was weekly in my underwear with a known calibrated scale, weighing self the same at home.

I work as a healthcare provider.
