What mode can I choose (Regular or Lean)?

At what point should I consider switching the status on my Aria scale from regular to lean? The scale has two options. Right now, I hover around 16% body fat in “regular” mode.

@Damailman2  Welcome to the forums!  Here are some suggestions for you.  Do you have access to another form of body fat measurement?  How does it compare to your scale?  Do an internet search for pictures of men with varying percent body fat.  Where do you see yourself?  Does your scale agree with the pictures?  Be brutally honest.

Try the lean mode and see what is says.  There are no strict rules.
