aria air not syncing / connecting

morning all,

my aria air scales have stopped syncing with the app, so when i step on them it doesnt record the weight. have been fine until a couple of weeks ago i habe changed my phone but app and versa 3 still work ok.

tried to reconnect, sometimes the app finds the scale but wont connect, just says connecting and does nothing, but most of the time won’t even find the device.

any help with this please

same. if i uninstall the app, reinstall i get 2 days of it working and then nothing,  irritating.

Mine started the same thing as soon as they made me switch to a Google sign in. I now have to manually enter my weight daily.

MY Scale is doing the same thing. It won't sync with my fit bit.

Same. I have done everything I can see when searching for it online including a hard reset. When I go to re-enter the scale on the app, it just goes back to saying it hasn't been synced in # of days instead of acting like it is a new scale. I am just using it as a regular electronic scale and manually entering my weight as the headache wasn't worth it. May go back to the Garmin one because it at least does body fat measurements- if I have to manually input, may as well use the better scale.

Same here...it won't sync.  Bluetooth conneclions show the Aria Air as an available device.  Opened the app, got on the scale and nothing.

Same here.  It is frustrating but it is the same problem everyone else describes.   I'm half tempt to get a 3rd party scale if this continues.
