BE careful i transfer over my fitbit account to Google but the scale info did not transfer after 5 call to the help line and going to the number for tech help. the person answer it said sorry can not help you as i have not been trained on the scale> Then why answer the call. i was told someone was going to email and get in touch with me 2 days later not email or call back .. Great customer service Google / Fitbit is this how you treat people who buy your product.
Also call centers should be located in North America not is some 2nd / 3rd world country
