aria sens step alway

Hi 

I changed my internet network (provider) and I properly reconfigured my Aria scale, but when I try to use it, it keeps showing 'sensing step' continuously. It doesn’t stop. On my app, everything seems fine; I can see my Aria scale, but no data is displayed.
