How do I get my scale not to show me as a guest?  I have reset the batteries.  Deleted my account and re-added it and linked the wi-fi 2 or 3 times, done the "weight 5 times" thing.  Nothing works.  It has been 3 months since my scale recognizes me.  How do I fix this?

There is no know fix to this issue and Fitbit hasn't provided any updates in six months. Please log an issue with Fitbit support.

Reset the device by taking out the battery of the scale for 10 seconds, put cover on and really fast push on two corners of the scale.  In otherwords reset it up
