Anyone know how to update wifi settings"? Also, scales are weighing inconsistently, have changed batteries but still the same, have even reset the scales with wifi, anyone know a reason/solution to this problem?

Open your Fitbit app. Tap in the top right to get to account. Tap in scale. Tap WiFi Setup.
