syncing my scale to my new wifi

I have tried this for several days now with the same result.... not connected. I've tried from the desktop, mobile and MacBook pro

1. take battery out and put back in

2. connect to aria wifi

3. reconnect to my home wifi

then says not complete??

Looking for any advice that I can get to get this done

You didn't specify which model Aria scale.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

You had tagged it as that. I was just wondering if it might be the Aria Air that doesn't use wi-fi.

Sorry, but I don't have any suggestions but hopefully others will.

no worries it is the one with wi fi- Just can’t seem to get it to sync…..
