10 minute update running over 30 minutes

My Blaze firmware has been stuck updating for over 30 minutes and counting.  Before I did the update, the Blaze was acting up all day.  The time was off by 3 hours and it wouldn't sync.  I restarted it 3 or 4 times but couldn't get it to sync up.  Finally got it somewhat connected to the app, so started the firmware update.  Now it's stuck and won't let me out of it.  I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.  Any suggestions?

Roughly 45 minutes later, it finally finished updating, and is now showing the proper time.
