My fitbit blaze on the zone face wont change to 24 hour time zone i am in the royal navy and like any watch i would expect it to be able to work out the 24 hour zone

Are you saying you'd like a 24 hour clock display rather than a 12 hour? If so, you can choose this in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit

 

Once changed and saved the next time you sync it will update your tracker
