250+ Steps an Hour Can't Seem to Count

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Two days in a row now I have hours with more than 250 steps that are not showing up online. My Blaze device shows them OK, but the historical records show not completed. Complained to chat help yesterday, but have heard nothing so far.

May be time to try Garmin.

@MikeF I don't think that was a very helpful response.

@Det8rq, this seems to be an issue that some other people are seeing.  Please have a look at this thread.  I appreciate that it is quite long and you may not have the patience to go through it all!

Some people have reported this fixed for them.  Please make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the app.  Also it seems that sometimes forcing an extra sync (or two!) fixes it.

However, if after updating the app and syncing this is still an issue for you, I would suggest posting in the thread I have linked to, giving as many specifics as you can.  There is a moderator following that thread and he may be able to shed some light for you.

You also may want to follow this up again with chat help.

Have had this trouble with my Blaze for over a year now. It's discouraging because I have loved my Fitbit products and customer service until this hang up 😔IMG_0114.JPG

Dear Sir,
I keep the app updated. I sync 20+ times a day. I sync on my LG V10 phone and my Samsung Galaxy Tab A
This worked fine until recently. I was 10 for 10 for more than two weeks with no problems.
This just started yesterday and happened again today

@Det8rq this is a known issue that the developers are looking into.

Dear Sir,
The last comment on this snafu. A COUPLE years AGO when I was tracking steps, the provider could update the data for you if there was a glitch in the hardware or software. But hey, in my humble opinion that could be considered great customer service
