Mine done the same thing. The blaze says 4/10 for the first 4 hours but my app/dashboard doesn't show the 3rd hour out of the 4. It happens quite often.

@vgasmenI would suggest you create an Activity Log on your PC for the hours around that missing hour and then examine the steps graph. I have found I have missed out because the minute before or after the hour has a spurt of steps.

Maybe it is a few seconds difference. The Blaze is 20 seconds slower than my PC time and the Android, both are set to network time.

So if this is the case, 20 seconds could account for 30-40 steps in my case. Maybe Fitbit should apply a test if their devices are +/-5% accuracy then that test should be applied when marking the decision on the 250 steps..

Rich,

Thanks for your input. I suppose I could do all kinds of things but there so many issues and frankly I paid $200 and Fitbit needs to fix it. They need to account for arm swing, getting steps and stairs while driving ( I get at least 75 stairs when I drive for an hour) and if the device and dashboard do match(sometimes) how can I get the app to match? We all shouldn't have to make manual adjustments to 5 different issues. Fitbit needs to fix it.
