250+ steps per hours not similar and sleep information inaccurate

Anyone else having trouble having sleep and hourly step tracking updating on the app? My tracker shows that I've had 6 hours of 250+ steps, but my app on iPhone doesn't show it? It also isn't accurately tracking my sleep?

It's great to see you around @sean.thiemann. Regarding to the 250+ steps per hour, I recommend taking a look at this post, where our friend @CallieM is providing updates about this. Now about the sleep, I recommend restarting your Blaze and test it.

I've read the post, but there's still nothing updating. The sleep still doesn't track.  My tracker shows 6/10 hours active as of right now, but the app shows nothing and was just synced.  Also - I was on a 30 minute run this morning and while the steps logged, the active minutes did not log on the tracker OR the app.

I have to charge the battery tonight as well since it is now 'low' and was just charged on Sunday.  I was given a case number last night via chat as well.

Is this something that would be covered under warranty?  I've not had any issues with the device until now.

The thread is strickly about, the app not correctly reporting hours with 250 steps.

About your 30 minute run, this might not have been strenuous enough for Fitbit to award active minutes.

@AlejandraFitbitcan you let me know?  I'm aware that the thread is about the steps and sleep but need feedback on the active minutes -which have never been an issue in recording before @Rich_Laue, but I appreciate the feedback.

Have you tried to restart your Blaze @sean.thiemann? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your tracker and test it. Also, I would like to know if you have heard back from our support team, did you get a solution from them?

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy
