30 minute walk burned more calories than 30 minute FitStar session?

So, last night I did a FitStar session that seriously kicked my butt. Fitstar auto-logged this exercise into my Fitbit app (shown at the bottom of this image). It was a 30 minute exercise, where I reached "peak" heart rate and had an average of 153 bpm, and it supposedly burned 261 calories.

Then today after lunch I went on a 30 walk to try and get my steps up, and my Fitbit blaze auto recognized this activity and logged it into my exercise with an average of 103 bpm heartrate.

How, then, is it possible that the walk could burn more calories (315 cal) than the FitStar session? (261 cal)? I understand that their estimates are not precise but I do not understand how this could be.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy
