3RD Replacement and again not working, not charging and dying straight after taking it off charge!!!

I have had enough and I want my money back this is absolutely ridiculous. This is the 3rd replacement you have sent me and again after 4 weeks its not working. I have spent so much of my own time trying to resolve these issues it is absolutely ridiculous. I want my money refunded in full or I will take this further. I do not want a replacement or 50%  to go towards another one I want a refund on a ridiculously faulty product. The longer this takes the more forums I will post this on including face book pages.
