Help please, The other night 5000kms was wiped from my Fitbit total kms travelled. My total steps travelled and the distance time stamped badges achieved (over the last 2 years) and the total kms on my phone app (when you scroll back over the last 5 years) ALL prove the distance has been covered.
The professional but very much formulated email responses from the Fitbit help team suggested I post the issue on here for a possible solution?

It's pretty weird that our team told you to contact us, I've shared you post with them and they've mentioned you already have a resolved case, if you still have any question about it, please reply back to the case that you already have.
