Hi,
It’s been 75 days and my Blaze is still not receiving text message notifications. Everything is updated (even checked out by Fitbit), but still nothing. The support team keeps trying to tell me to be patient, but after 75 days, patience is lost. I’ve asked for a replacement to see if maybe it was it, but since a small number of people are going through it, they won’t send me a replacement because they don’t know if it will fix it or not. Why not try?! Especially after all of this time? I have an useless $200 tracker that has become more trouble than its worth. Should have just gotten an Apple Watch.

Same problem for 75 days..looks like we’re all out $200.

I’ve been updated with everything (fitbit even told me), and it’s been 75 days and still can’t get text messages. It’s the worst $200 I’ve ever spent.
