My AIA vitality's dashboad's points is not syncing or updating with the points/steps that I've made from Fitbit, I've updated to latest AIA vitality AUS app, but still not working.
However the Active weekly benefits is updating, so this has confused me if its the AIA app or Fitbit syncing
Please help

I'm sorry you're having problems with your Vitality's dashboard not updating. I've not heard of any known problem at the moment, so I can suggest unlinking both accounts and linking them again. For this, on your computer go to fitbit.com, log in with your credentials and once you're in, click on the gear icon at the top right corner. Then go to Settings and here, on the column that is on the left side, click on Apps.
Here, look for the one for Vitality and click on the "Revoke access" button. Then open the Vitality app or website and click on the 'Fitness devices and apps' page under the 'Gym and Fitness' section on the Vitality menu. Finally, click on 'Link my Fitbit account' and you should be all set after that.
If this doesn't work, you might wan to check AIA just to make sure. If you have any other question, let me know!

Mine Also don't sync. always on error on AIA APP but AIA is also unhelpful.
