About the Fitbit Blaze

I had my Blaze for 1.6 years. It started giving me problems after 8 months of use by locking up on me and need a hard-restart. Now that the HR sensor no longer works I am ready to give it up.

I had a Suunto HR watch which was stylish, but was not an active HR. It required the user to wear a band. The wristband kept breaking and wound up after 3 wristband replacements costing more than the watch.

I'm currently looking at Apple Watches. FitBit has me snake-bitten. I can't trust. My friend bought one of the first Pebbles and was disappointed that FitBit dropped it. I feel very cheated at the moment because I have multiple Blaze watch bands and now feel like unloading everything. I'm not a happy camper.

I welcome any suggestions to stay with FitBit or jump to another HR device... ahhh Suunto does have an active HR that syncs with a blood pressure device.... also very interesting.
