Have you tried restarting your phone and restarting your blaze?

What I would try (which has worked for me in the past)

  1. Charge your blaze first, until full or at least 1 hour.
  2. Uninstall the fitbit app
  3. Restart your blaze (press and hold the left button and the bottom right button for 10-15 seconds).
  4. Restart your phone (completely power it off, wait a minute or two, power it on)
  5. Reinstall the fitbit app, sign in.
  6. Try to setup a new device again

Welcome to the Community @JoLow and @jakechs thanks for stopping by and the instructions provided. As recommended, please restart your tracker. After the restart procedure try one more the setup process from a computer.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Wink

I had follow the instruction since 9am this morning, and the blaze still doesn't want to restart. Is there any other way to restart the tracker???

Hi there @EVA523. Great to have you in the Forums! 🙂

For restarting your tracker make sure that you're pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons together for about 10-12 seconds. The tracker will turn off by itself and come back on showing the Fitbit Logo.

If that doesn't work, you can try swiping all the way to the last screen to the settings, scroll down to "Sut Down" and tap on it. Press any button afterwards to get the tracker to turn back on.

Let us know how it goes!
