I have the same routine during the week. Get up, get ready for work. get kid up, get kid ready for school. drop kid at school, go to work. then reverse. I do have a flight of stairs in my house that at most, I go up 1 time before going to work. I also have 1 flight of stairs to go up at work, but they usually dont track b/c its 2 3/4 flights. All that to say I have completed 1 flight of stairs today but my tracker says 39.... is it having a stroke?

Check the weather. I had the same, turns out the Fitbit uses a altimeter to measure stair climbs, an altimeter is basically a barometer. So if a low pressure weather system passed you by, that's why.
