Hi would someone be so kind as to explain Active Minutes; then the issue with mobile track(???) and why Minutes appear then disappear.

Also is there a relation between resting hr and active minutes.

Thanks

yes i read the similar posts. If i have to open and close any app frequently then that is an issue. If i have to frequently reset any device then that is an issue. Yes i know i bought Fitbit not Patek Philippe ok. Yes i have the latest firmware yes IOS is updated.

Some data integrity would be great. On some days gps works and on other days it does not.

?Ever see a chameleon on pack of M&M's (we have 'Smarties' -a type of candy)? Well then you understand gps on Blaze lol

Please Do pardon the frustration.

Thank you to anyone.

It's great to see you around @Ronald1. Could you please be more specific about the inconvenience you have with MobileTrack? About the active minutes, are you manually logging any type of activity that might be taken away your active minutes? Keep in mind that to earn active minutes you need to be constant in your exercise, which means that if you are running and stop the run in the second 58 that minute won't count as active. For more information you can take a look at our What are active minutes? article.

About the GPS, if you are having an issue with it, I recommend following the instructions provided in this post.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
