For 2 days now my Blaze hasn't tracked my active minutes. My goal is set at the recommendation 10 minutes and I always surpass that goal. So, I fine it so strange that it just stopped. Does anyone have any advice as to why and as to how can I fix it? Thankyou

Did you ever resolve this?
I have the same issue, it shows that I have done 0 minutes even with a workout.
It's across the whole software, it shows as 0 in the activity impact, the history and also in the daily overview.
Restart did not help.

@SunsetRunner@SunsetRunner@triciahackney@SUPERCALICHICAWelcome... I'm having no issues but most of the issues are with NOT having 10 minutes of continuous activity at a minimum of 3 times your BMR/sleep calories.per minute
It's simple to check that by creating an Activity record from your PC. This does not alter your data it is a pure copy. Click on the large stopwatch at the bottom of the screen and enter the time period and Log.
Then click on the small stopwatch next to the description, click calories if not already viewed as a graph and see if you have the minimum of 10 minutes continuous.
You can use this BMR calculator if unsure of your BMR. It uses the same equations that Fitbit uses and divide the daily BMR by 1,440 to give you calories/minute. Fitbit does some rounding in its graphs so if you are borderline on the 3 x BMR/minute that could be the issue for your viewing.
