My Fitbit blaze was showing 122 active minutes but now it is showing 0. Anyone else have this problem and know why it does it and how to fix it?
Thanks

Hi there @SunsetRunner. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with the Active minutes erasing from your tracker after a while.
I'd like to know if there's a specific time when this happens. If you take off your tracker to sleep and turn it off, it can be that when you turn it back on in the morning, it shows the information for the previous day until you sync it. This could cause for you to see the active minutes of the day before and once you sync your tracker, it will pick up the correct time and start tracking from there. Could that be the case?
Just as something to try, you could restart your tracker and see if this makes any difference. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Let me know if you need more help with this!

I had a similar thing happen last week. Had 40 active minutes showing on my blaze but when I synced to my samsung tablet the active minutes recorded as 0. Tried turning off my blaze and counting to 12 seconds before turning it on, rebooting Bluetooth, restarted my tablet, and even deleted and reloaded my fit it device, which has worked before when nothing will synch. Nothing has worked and my stats forthe week are now wrong. The weird thing is that I have had difficulties synching in the past but never individual stats that had been earned. Very frustrating. Anyone have a solution...all the other data from that day has been synced correctly and the active minutes were recorded correctly on my blaze throughout the day. Help!
