Active minutes not accurate

I’ve had my Blaze for about three weeks now and whenever I work out (I do weights and either a workout for core or cardio on alternating days ... but always weights 7 days a week) and I will start my workouts on my Blaze it will tell me (ex.48 minutes - weights ... 32 minutes treadmill/workout) but whenever I go the app afterwards it will only have a recorded like 30 minutes?

Please help, this is extremely annoying to me and I don’t know how to fix it!

Hey there @haleychartier, welcome to the Community!

Keep in mind that in order to earn active minutes, you need to be doing a high intense activity and need to be constant in it. If you are working out and steps at the second 59, that minute won't count as active. For more information about this, I recommend taking a look at the What are active minutes? article.

I hope this helps, see you around. Robot Happy

yes i’ve looked at it but what i’m saying it i’ll so high intensity cardio for 30 minutes and like be doing high intensity weights (i look at my heart rate the whole time and like only take breaks regarding my heart rate- not time) yes still it will say 23 minutes like there literally NO WAY throughout my entire workout with hard cardio and hard weights that i only do 23 minutes that’s what i’m saying
