I just went for a run and my FB app is showing zero active minutes. I tracked the time/distance with my Blaze but the active minutes is still zero on both the app and my Fitbit. Is it a glitch? I haven’t had any active minutes for a while according to my app when that’s not really accurate. Let me know if there’s a troubleshooting technique or if I just need to ignore it. I can track minutes by looking at the daily exercise but it would be nice if the tracker/app worked correctly.

@Krhonas, welcome to our Community Forums!
Thanks for letting me know about your Blaze behavior when doing exercise. As you may know, active minutes are recorded when the activity you're doing is more strenuous than regular walking for more than 10 minutes without stopping. It's also important to get accurate heart rate readings to earn active minutes.
That being said, please provide me with the following information:
1. Is the heart rate function working properly?
2. Have you tried moving your device a little higher on your wrist when doing exercise?
3. Is your device snug on your wrist, meaning not too tight or loose?
4. Are your Blaze and the Fitbit app updated to the latest version?
I'll look forward to your reply.

Hello! My Fitbit stopped working completely today, so I’ve already ordered another one. Thanks for the response!
